Sarah Pate, CEO of AdMission, pointed this out to me in a meeting this week and it’s now my duty to virally pass it along: Monk e-Mail. This is a CareerBuilder viral campaign that is conceptually brilliant (and echoes its SuperBowl ads) but will have NO IMPACT on CareerBuilder itself (already the number one jobs site).
It’s like the California Raisins campaign that was so popular it launched a TV show but didn’t have an effect on raisin sales. Monk e-mail is hilarious and will kill about an hour as you make all sorts of silly “videos” to send via email to your friends and co-workers.
