Anti-Groupon Sign in French Salon Window

Dan Miller, founder of Opus Research, was in France after a conference and took this picture. This was a hair salon in Lyon.

My crude translation is: “This shop/store is in a dispute (maybe litigation) with Groupon, we no longer are accepting their coupons. Thanks for  your understanding.”

Actually it’s written that they do not accept Coupons. Any coupons not just Groupon ones.
I’m guessing there are a lot of similar signs in other shops.
